INDIANA / LITHIUM + TITANIUM / PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT

KingsburyLithium and titanium. From materials to possibility.

A proposed lithium and titanium materials campus in Indiana connects qualified mineral supply with lithium-titanate active materials, cells and battery systems. Start with supply and product qualification, then expand as performance and demand are proven.

ONE CONNECTED MANUFACTURING PROPOSAL

Domestic materials.
A place to make them useful.

Kingsbury brings the Milieu Power battery program into the Milieu Minerals development portfolio, with Milieu GeoTrace supporting site decisions and monitoring.

01 / QUALIFICATION

Make the first
lots count.

A laboratory and pilot program validates materials, manufacturing yield and cell performance before large production commitments. The first $35 million is a proposed release within the larger program.

02 / SUPPLY

A domestic
materials pathway.

Smackover-linked lithium carbonate and qualified titanium dioxide are supply candidates. Third-party projects require contracts and product qualification. Concentrate is an intermediate material.

03 / MANUFACTURING

Grow with
qualified demand.

A conditional 2 GWh first commercial stage can expand toward 6 GWh of annual cell nameplate. LTO powder, cells and packs have separate material balances and external sales accounts.

Three roles.
A coordinated proposal.

Milieu Minerals leads the mineral-supply and development narrative. Milieu Power is the LTO battery and energy-storage program. Milieu GeoTrace supports mapping, sensors, evidence and integrations.

No legal subsidiary structure or executed partnership is assumed. Silver Peak explores uranium, potassium and lithium opportunities; Petersburg focuses on uranium and thorium. Neither is an established LTO feed supplier.

A site with a clear next step.

Reference parcel 46-15-03-300-009.000-066, fronting S 5th Line Road in the Kingsbury area. GIS identifies approximately 275.45 acres; usable development area is smaller after environmental and engineering exclusions.

County-origin parcel geometry is a screening basis. Title, access rights, zoning, utility service and land availability require confirmation.

Designed around qualification.

Lithium titanate, or LTO, is an anode material. Complete batteries also require a qualified cathode, electrolyte, separator and system design. Customer qualification and reliable production govern expansion.

Proposed customer sectors include industrial mobility, high-cycle stationary storage and applications with demanding duty cycles. Performance and price assumptions are development targets.
